COVID-19 Safety Precautions

ALL Testing Center visitors must complete an MSU HEALTH SCREENING FORM  every day they visit our office. You MUST BE “Cleared” for entry BEFORE conducting any in person activity.  Any clearance issues should be addressed with the MSU Health Care COVID-19 Triage line at 1-855-958-2678.

 

Non-MSU affiliated persons: Must add testctr@msu.edu on the submission page of your MSU HEALTH SCREENING FORM.

MSU Students/Faculty/Staff: Forward your daily “Cleared” MSU HEALTH SCREENING FORM to testctr@msu.edu.

 

If you are “Not Cleared” to test, we will submit the necessary report to allow you to reschedule your examination at no additional cost.  If you have any questions concerning this policy, please visit the MSU COVID-19 website or call us at 1-517-355-8385.

17 APRIL ACT IS CANCELLED

Due to the continued increase of COVID-19 cases in Michigan and at the recommendation of public health officials, the 17 April ACT examination at Michigan State University is cancelled.  You will receive notice directly from ACT.

The MSU Testing Center is a Certified member of the National College Testing Association

We were one of the first three centers ever to be certified by the NCTA!
