We are open for in-person testing 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

IMPORTANT MSU POLICIES:

MASKS ARE REQUIRED for all testing sessions.  You will not be able to test without a proper fitting mask.  We will not provide masks for testers.

PROOF OF VACCINATION or NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 72 HRS OF APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED:  

-Physical or digital copies of vaccination records or negative COVID tests are acceptable.  Must be accompanied by a government issued ID with matching name on the vaccination records or negative COVID tests

-MSU faculty/students can show their MSU ID as proof of compliance with MSU vaccination policies.

Please continue to monitor your health for COVID symptoms.  If you have a new cough, fever, or if you had close contact with a COVID positive individual within the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your testing.
